Whether a liquid is acidic, neutral or basic can be determined by its pH value. On a scale from 0 to 14, the pH value indicates how strongly an aqueous solution is acidic or basic. With the help of the special Schul pH meter with removable electrode, the pH value of a liquid can be determined easily, quickly and precisely.

With an accuracy of ± 0.1 pH and a resolution of 0.01 pH, the School pH Meter ensures very precise results in experiments and measurement tasks. With the use of the School pH Meter, determining the pH value of a liquid is child’s play. To perform a measurement with the Schul pH meter, the protective cap of the electrode must first be removed. After cleaning the electrode with a pH-neutral liquid, the School pH Meter is ready for use.

The Schul pH meter can be activated quickly and easily at the touch of a button. Now the electrode can be immersed in the test liquid. Within seconds, the display of the School pH Meter shows the measurement results clearly and legibly. The practical data hold function of the Schul pH tester allows the measured values to be stored. To freeze the measured value, a single press of the Hold button” is sufficient. The manufacturer recommends cleaning the electrode of the Schul pH Meter with a pH-neutral liquid after each measurement. To ensure precise measurement results, the Schul pH meter should be adjusted at regular intervals. The adjustment of the Schul pH meter can be carried out manually at any time without great effort. To do this, it is sufficient to immerse the measuring electrode of the Schul pH Meter in a pH 7 solution. When the value has stabilized, the calibration screw on the top of the display can be adjusted to the measured value using the screwdriver provided. The user can easily check the result using other calibration solutions (for example pH 4 and pH 10).
