The system scale of the PCE-TB series is characterized by a very versatile use. Thus, not only the wide range of functions of the system scale is interesting, but rather the communication possibilities of the system scale are appreciated. The system scale has a bidirectional RS-232 and USB interface. Thus, the system scale offers every programmer a very good basis (interface description of the bench scale can be found in the manual).

The scale sends the information by pressing the key on the scale, automatically after the stabilization of the weight value, in combination print key and stable weight display, continuously (about 10 values the sec.) or on request of the computer. Another possibility to integrate the scale into a system are the optional available interfaces such as LAN, analog output 4-20 mA or 0-10 V and weight limit function with three potential free contacts.

Interesting functions of the scale are piece counting, percentage calculation, recipe weighing, animal weighing function, statistics function, totalizing function, limit value function, different weighing units and many more. The scale can be operated either by AC adapter or by rechargeable battery and is also ideally suited for mobile use. With the optionally available PCE-SOFT-SC software, you can import the weighing data of the bench scale directly into any system where a keyboard input with the cursor is possible, such as. e.g. Excel, Word, DHL, SAP, etc. without any programming knowledge, as the software simulates a keyboard input through the bench scale.
