In general, the constant optimization of shipping processes and extensive warehousing are central to the logistical efforts, so that most products are ready for shipment within 24 hours. The delivery time of the respective product can be found in the product view under the item "Delivery". Decisive for the time of delivery is that day on which the goods are handed over by ToolTeam to the shipping company. The transfer of the goods to the shipping company is in turn dependent on the receipt of the full purchase price (including VAT, if applicable) plus any shipping costs. Currently ToolTeam offers three payment modes: bank transfer (prepayment), direct bank transfer and PayPal.

As soon as the order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you. Depending on the choice of financial service provider, in addition to the order number, the e-mail also includes a so-called tracking number. Once the tracking number is available, it will allow the shipment to be tracked via the respective online form offered by the shipping service provider.

Generally, it is to be assumed that the delivery of goods within the Federal Republic of Germany takes 48h (standard delivery time) for standard shipping*. For shipping outside the Federal Republic of Germany and within Europe, the delivery (in case of immediate availability of the goods) takes 10 - 14 working days, in our experience. When shipping to other countries, the delivery time depends on the shipping method and the recipient's location.
