The inner spring compressor enables the quick and safe removal and installation of suspension springs on transverse and control arm axles directly on the vehicle. The particularly compact design of the inner spring compressor allows the clamping cylinder to be easily inserted through the control arm, even on VAG vehicles with a very small through-hole (approx. ø 34 mm) at the bottom of the control arm, for example, thus eliminating the need to loosen various axle components and the resulting wheel alignment. The extremely stable and robust design ensures a very high level of safety, and the unique 3-point safety lock and the special shaft profile prevent the pressure plates from twisting in relation to each other when the spring is tensioned, thus preventing the spring from jumping out. This eliminates the need to insert additional safety devices to prevent the spring from falling out! The size 2A pressure plates are also fitted with anti-slip protective inserts to prevent damage to the sensitive spring surface coating.
