The special, infinitely adjustable thread remoulding tool enables quick and cost-saving remoulding of damaged external threads directly on the vehicle. This avoids the time-consuming and costly replacement of the axle, e.g. due to a damaged axle thread. The thread is formed back to its original geometry by rolling (moulding, pressing, embossing) without any cutting. As a result, the strength of the thread is fully retained and the surface is additionally compacted again. In contrast to thread cutting or filing, no material is removed and the thread remains dynamically resilient up to 2 times higher even after the repair. Additional thread roller sets available as accessories make the thread remoulding tool one of the most universal on the market.

Universally applicable on M50 - M110x1.5 right-hand and left-hand threads, suitable for commercial vehicles, buses, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, trailers and semi-trailers, for example.
