The hygiene tester is a measuring device to determine the oxygen content in both liquids and ambient air. With this hygiene tester, water analyses of the oxygen content can be carried out in the shortest possible time.

With the integrated temperature sensor, the food tester is capable of automatic temperature compensation. This means that the pH meter can also be used for analyzing the oxygen content of lakes or streams, as strong temperature fluctuations can occur here and falsify the measurement result. This hygiene tester is also used in fish farming, for example. Before the initial start-up, the sensor system of the hygiene tester is first dry.

In order to carry out a measurement, the sensor system of the hygiene tester must be provided with the supplied electrolyte. Even if the membrane is damaged, it can be replaced within a few steps on the food tester. This ensures that the hygiene tester is ready for use again within the shortest possible time.
