»SYNTESI« oil filter, BG 1, without sleeves, 0.01 µm, p1 = max. 15 bar, RMSA semi-automatic, T = -10... 50 °C. As a second stage behind the filter, oil filters with a particularly high degree of efficiency remove liquid and solid particles contained in the compressed air using a special filter element (coalescence cartridge). Oil filters are particularly suitable for removing traces of oil in compressed air. The flow rate must be below the maximum in order to achieve the desired level of purity. Above this value, there is a steep gradient in relation to the achievable purity of the compressed air. Condensate drain RMSA semi-automatic: This closes at approx. 1 bar and drains in a pressure-free state. It can optionally be locked manually. Drain SAC fully automatic on request. This releases the condensate only in the event of sudden pressure changes. There is a connection at the front and back (G 1/8 for size 1 and G 1/4 for size 2), which can be used for a manometer or pressure switch or as an additional outlet. However, the compressed air taken from here is not cleaned. ATEX version available on request!
