Shut-off valve ‘SYNTESI’, manual, BG 1, G 1/8, exhaust G 1/8, 3.5 mm perforation, p1 = max. 15 bar, T = -10...50 °C, without silencer. These devices separate the pneumatic circuit from the main supply connection. They are 3/2-way valves that exhaust the circuit in the closed position. This means that shut-off valves are required for maintenance work or in cases where the supply air to the actuators has to be disconnected. Available as a manual, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic variant. Also available on request as an electropneumatic version with external control air (for applications in which the pressure in the maintenance unit is outside the pressure range for actuating the electropneumatic version). The manually actuated version can be secured in the shut-off position with up to two (size 1) or three (size 2) padlocks. Alternatively, a version with a hole (ø 7 mm) for a single lock is available on request. A connection (G 1/8 for size 1 and G 1/4 for size 2) is located at the front and rear, which can be used for a manometer or pressure switch or as additional tapping.Silencers are not included in the scope of delivery for manually and pneumatically actuated shut-off valves.Coils, plugs and silencers are not included in the scope of delivery for electrically actuated shut-off valves.ATEX version available on request!
