Shut-off valve ‘SYNTESI’, manual, BG 2, G 3/8, exhaust air G 1/4, perforation 3.5 mm, p1 = max. 13 bar, T = -10...50 °C, without silencerThese devices separate the pneumatic circuit from the main supply connection. They are 3/2-way valves that vent the circuit in the closed position. Shut-off valves are therefore necessary for maintenance work or in cases where the supply air to the actuators must be switched off. Available as a manual, pneumatic or electro-pneumatic version. Also available on request as an electro-pneumatic version with external control air (for applications where the pressure in the maintenance unit is outside the pressure range for actuation of the electro-pneumatic version) The manually operated version can be secured in the shut-off position with up to two (size 1) or three (size 2) padlocks. Alternatively, a version with a ø 7 mm hole for a single padlock is available on request.There is a connection at the front and rear (G 1/8 for size 1 and G 1/4 for size 2), which can be used for pressure gauges or pressure switches or as an additional tapping.A silencer is not included in the scope of delivery for manually and pneumatically actuated shut-off valves.The coil, plug and silencer are not included in the scope of delivery for electrically actuated shut-off valves.ATEX version on request!
