Descripción del producto
The ultrasound flow meter has a measuring range of ± 32 m/s. With an accuracy of ± 1.5 % v. Mw. With a pipe diameter of DN ?50, ± 3.5 % v. Mw. With a pipe diameter of DN <50 and a reproducibility of ± 0.5 % v. Mw. the ultrasound flow meter is a particularly precise measuring device. Installation aid is available for installing the sensors in the ultrasound flow meter. With the installation aid, the signal quality from the ultrasound flow meter is shown graphically. In addition, it is shown graphically whether the sensors are positioned from the ultrasound flow meter at the right distance from each other. In order to carry out flow measurement with the ultrasound flow meter, the river speed, the volume flow and the volume are displayed after entering the pipe and medium specifications. When displaying the measured values, the ultrasound flow meter has a wide variety of units. For example: M³, L, Gal, Igl, MGL, CF, BAL, IB and OB.
During a measurement, it is possible to record the measured values ??via the data logger function in the case of ultrasound flow meter. Starting and stop conditions and the memory interval of 1 second to 12 hours can be set at the ultrasound flow meter. A storage point contains all measurement variables once in the ultrasound flow meter. The measured values ??are saved on the 32 GB -large memory in the ultrasound flow meter. 10 million measuring points can be saved on the ultrasound flow meter.
With the optional software, the recorded measured values ??from the ultrasound flow meter can be read out. For the analysis, the measured values ??from the ultrasound flow meter can be displayed in a tabular and graphic manner. For further processing of the measured values ??from the ultrasound flow meter, these can be exported in the .cSV file format. Alternatively, a PDF Report can be created via the software. For simplified operation, the ultrasound flow meter can be set using the software. A live view of the measured values ??from the ultrasound flow meter is also possible with the software.
In order to determine the amount of heat with the ultrasound flow meter, two thermo elements are also required. These are available at the PCE-TDS 200+. The two thermo elements from the ultrasound flow meter are connected to the forward and return of a pipe system. Based on the temperature difference and the measured flow rate, the ultrasound flow meter can determine the amount of heat. If necessary, the ultrasound flow measuring device can simultaneously calculate and display the costs during the measurement, per heat compartment unit. Thus, the ultrasound flow meter is used, for example, when checking the heating system.
The LC color display from the ultrasound flow meter has a size of 2.8 ”and is therefore easy to read. Optionally, the ultrasound flow meter can be equipped with an ISO or DAKKS calibration certificate.
PCE-TDS 200 s sensor
Small sensor couple for the pipe diameter DN 15… 100/20… 108 mm. Suitable for particularly small pipes. The sensors have a particularly small dimension of 45 x 30 x 30 mm and a temperature resistance of -30… 160 ° C. Thanks to the magnets on the underside, the sensors can be mounted on iron -containing metals. In addition, the sensors for the ultrasound flow meter can be connected to the pipe using a solvable cable tie.
PCE-TDS 200 m sensor
Medium sensors couple for the pipe diameter DN 50… 700/57… 720 mm. Suitable for the flow measurement on medium -sized pipes. With the installed magnets on the sensors to the ultrasound flow meter, these can be attached to iron -containing pipes. Alternatively, the sensors can be mounted on the tube with solvable cable ties. The temperature resistance is between -30… 160 ° C.
