Description du produit

With the innovative ALLROUND toothing, PFERD has developed unique milling cutters for versatile use on the most important materials such as steel and cast steel, stainless steel (INOX), non-ferrous metals and cast iron. The ALLROUND toothing has all the advantages of the proven 3 PLUS toothing, but surpasses it in terms of its cutting performance by up to 30% when used on steel. It enables comfortable working with reduced vibrations and less noise. The ALLROUND toothing is also characterized by noticeable time savings and high cost-effectiveness. Pointed cone-shaped milling cutter in accordance with DIN 8032, flattened tip.

If possible, use the tools on powerful drives with elastically mounted spindles to avoid vibrations.
Observe the speed recommendations.
If the smallest range of the milling cutter diameter is used, the recommended speed can be increased accordingly.
For economical use of milling cutters, work is carried out in the upper speed/cutting speed range. Use milling cutters with a shaft diameter of 3 mm on drives with an output of 75 to 300 watts.
