Description du produit

The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing plate and a stable holder on the back of the tool. With the backing plate, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in a workpiece temperature that is up to 30% lower, 25% higher cutting performance, 30% longer service life and better utilization of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. Suitable for polishing with polishing paste bars, grinding pastes or diamond polishing pastes in face grinding on medium and large surfaces.

Use COMBICLICK felt discs with COMBICLICK backing pads on speed-adjustable angle grinders.
For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 5–10 m/s. This achieves an ideal compromise between polishing performance, temperature load on the workpiece and tool wear.
When changing the polishing paste, use a new, unused felt disc.
