The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing plate and a stable holder on the back of the tool. With the backing plate, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in a workpiece temperature that is up to 30% lower, 25% higher cutting performance, 30% longer service life and better use of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. PFERD fiber grinders are manufactured in accordance with ISO 16057 in form A1 version F under the name ”vulcanized fiber grinder”. For highly aggressive grinding with ultimate removal performance on steel materials and hard materials and at the same time an extremely long service life. Ultimate, constant top performance thanks to the VICTOGRAIN abrasive grain. The VICTOGRAIN abrasive grains are fixed to the carrier with one side of the triangle. This means they are particularly firmly embedded and, in conjunction with the slim shape, offer an extremely large chip space, making the machining process even more efficient. The structural design of the VICTOGRAIN triangles is also specially adapted. The very small crystals within the triangle offer optimal wear behavior: very sharp cutting edges are always available, but only a necessary minimum of the abrasive grain/triangle breaks away. The combination of these properties offers the user ultimate, constant top performance with cool grinding and an extremely long service life with uniform surface roughness of the workpiece.
