Description du produit

The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing plate and a stable holder on the back of the tool. With the backing plate, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in a workpiece temperature that is up to 30% lower, 25% higher cutting performance, 30% longer service life and better utilization of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. PFERD COMBICLICK set for aggressive grinding with the highest removal performance on hard, poorly heat-conducting materials. Constant top performance thanks to self-sharpening ceramic grain. Grinding-active additives in the coating achieve a significantly higher removal performance, prevent clogging and result in a cooler grind. The set with a diameter of 125 mm is particularly flexible in the edge area.

Use COMBICLICK felt discs with COMBICLICK backing pads on speed-adjustable angle grinders.
For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 5–10 m/s. This achieves an ideal compromise between polishing performance, temperature load on the workpiece and tool wear.
