Description du produit

The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing plate and a stable holder on the back of the tool. With the backing plate, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in a workpiece temperature that is up to 30% lower, 25% higher cutting performance, 30% longer service life and better utilization of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. Can be used universally for surface processing of medium and large metal surfaces, e.g. removing pre-grinding marks, removing oxidation and light deburring work. Achieve matt and satin-matt surfaces.

Use COMBICLICK fleece discs with the COMBICLICK backing pad on speed-adjustable angle grinders.
For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 15-20 m/s. This achieves an ideal compromise between removal rate, surface quality, temperature load on the workpiece and tool wear.
When grinding, the addition of oil or water produces an even finer surface, cooler grinding and a longer service life.
