Description du produit

The use of nonwoven abrasives begins where other grinding tools reach their limits or no longer achieve the desired result. The elastic properties of the polyamide fibers and the positive effect of the abrasive grinding fleece create excellent, gently working finishing tools. The grinding properties of nonwoven tools are tailored to different applications and make an excellent contribution to solving many processing tasks in metal processing and further processing. It is also suitable for processing other materials that are difficult to grind, such as ceramics, glass and plastic. Nonwoven abrasives consist of polyamide fibers, synthetic resins and abrasive grain. The very loose connection of the individual fibers to one another results in a high level of flexibility and a strong spring effect of the nonwoven material. It is flexible and supple and leaves a very special surface structure. The silky matt grinding result is unique and cannot be achieved with other abrasives. The set contains an application-oriented selection of POLIVLIES fan discs for universal use from coarse to fine grinding in industry and trade.

For best performance use at a recommended cutting speed of 30–35 m/s.
