Description du produit

Flexible shafts consist of three components that can be combined in different ways: the flexible core (SE), the protective hose (SCH), the handpiece (HA). The flexible core consists of four to ten layers of wire in accordance with DIN 2076, especially for high-speed clockwise rotation. The core coupling is pressed on firmly. After approx. 100 hours of operation, the core of a flexible shaft must be re-lubricated. The protective hose is made of oil-resistant rubber, with a flat steel spiral on the inside and solid rubber on the outside. The connection couplings are pressed on firmly and covered with rubber sleeves for reinforcement. The handpieces are light and handy and cover a wide speed range. In continuous operation, fatigue-free work is possible with low running noise. Replaceable collets allow a wide variety of tools to be accommodated. The sliding connection enables a quick handpiece change. Flexible shaft including handpiece HA 7 G22.

The speed and power range should not be exceeded or undershot.
It is not possible to repair the core and protective hose. We recommend new, ready-to-install parts as replacements.
When using flexible shafts, it is essential to ensure that the shafts are not bent beyond the specified radius of curvature. The smallest possible radius of curvature is specified for each flexible shaft.
Radius of curvature not less than 140 mm.
For the maintenance of the flexible shaft, PFERD recommends the P-SET BW 7 care set with the FT 4 shaft grease.
