Description du produit

PFERD offers a wide range of coated abrasive tools for processing different workpiece geometries and materials. They consist of a carrier material, a base bond and a cover bond to fix the abrasive grains. Depending on the grain size, coated abrasive tools can achieve a high level of material removal or a very fine surface finish. The carrier materials available differ in their properties such as tear resistance, flexibility and wear. By choosing the appropriate backing, the grinding tool is adapted to the requirements of the intended application: paper is used in the woodworking industry and in trades, e.g. by carpenters, painters and varnishers, fabric is mainly used in metalworking, and vulcanized fiber is very wear-resistant and is used in different thicknesses primarily for the manufacture of fiber sanders. The set contains an application-oriented selection of cylindrical grinding sleeves for universal use from coarse to fine grinding as well as a suitable grinding sleeve carrier.

To change the grinding sleeves easily, pull them on and off by turning them slightly to the right. Leave the grinding sleeve holder clamped into the tool drive.
To ensure that the grinding sleeve is securely seated, maintain the minimum speed of the grinding sleeve holder.
For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 20-30 m/s.
Use grinding oil suitable for the material to significantly increase the service life and grinding performance of the tools.
