Description du produit

Hole saws are made of tough, break-proof and stable HSS bimetal. The saw teeth are made of high-quality material M42 (Co8). They are used to create breakthroughs. The thread version 5/8-18 UNF includes the threads LS 32 to LS 210. The matching hole saw shaft is LSS 2.

Observe the recommended speeds.
Clamp the center drill in the hole saw shaft and ensure that it protrudes at least 3 mm (1/8”) beyond the teeth of the hole saw.
When sawing metals, use a high-quality cutting oil if possible. This promotes smooth running and extends the service life of the hole saw. Exception: When machining aluminum, use petroleum instead of cutting oil.
HSS hole saws are suitable for machining stainless steel (INOX). Remove any particles created during machining from the workpiece to prevent corrosion. Clean the workpiece chemically or mechanically (etching/polishing, etc.).
Make sure that all teeth are used evenly. Avoid pendulum movements when sawing to prevent tooth breakage.
Avoid overheating.
Observe the maximum cutting depth.
