POLIFAN fan disc for steel and stainless steel (INOX) with aggressive cutting performance and good service life. POLIFAN fan disc with plastic support plate for resetting/trimming the tool.

Trim the fan disk on sharp metal edges, files or with indexable inserts.
Trimming may only be carried out at an angle of 45°.
Place the tool carefully and increase the pressure until a chip is formed. Maintain the pressure until the tool has been adjusted to the desired size.
The support plate may be set back as far as the slats protrude by 5 mm.
