Descrizione del prodotto
The stroboscope is mostly used for speed or vibration measurement or also for motion observation. This stroboscope has a small design and has a low weight. This allows the stroboscope to be used conveniently even for measurements in hard-to-reach places. The device is the optimal tool for the practitioner. The flash frequency is set via a rotary knob on the stroboscope and shown on a digital display. Continuous operation is possible with the stroboscope without any problems.
The device also has a trigger input, which enables external triggering or synchronization. The supply voltage is ensured by mains cable. Half or double speed can be selected via keyboard. Applications This stroboscope is the ideal tool for service technicians and maintenance personnel of industrial plants and machines. Check the speed, synchronization or make faults visible that you cannot see with the naked eye - bring processes to a standstill visually.
The stroboscope has proven itself for years in many industrial processes, but also in research & development:
on filling lines and labeling machines of breweries and mineral water producers
on paper and printing machines: The stroboscope is used here to detect the register at speeds above 60 m/min. One looks at the web before rewinding with the stroboscope). The stroboscope is very good at making the smallest process errors, such as pulsations, visible. The following picture was taken at the Fourdrinier of a paper machine. All bars and suction cups below the wire running along these bars were working perfectly, except for one. This, of course, was not visible optically. With the stroboscope, it was possible to detect the source of error of very fine marks on the finished paper .
on weaving machines in textile mills
in the automotive industry
on high-speed machines and motors: The stroboscope is used essentially to determine the speed, as can be seen in the adjacent picture.
This is often used to check or compare the speed of large high-speed motors with the data from the process control system or the speed value indicated on a digital display, which usually comes electrically from the drive. In addition, the shaft shaft is checked for concentricity. Thus the stroboscope is the optimal tool for the inspection of motors, shafts, drive belts, cylinders ... in fact of everything that rotates during operation.
on ventilation systems in the air conditioning industry
on strip rolling mills in the steel industry
wherever rotating parts are in use or in production processes with high quantities, the stroboscope is the optimal tool.
Note on accident prevention when using the stroboscope:
All objects that are optically brought to a standstill with the stroboscope move at high speed. Therefore, always keep a safe distance and do not touch the test object. General notes on stroboscope use The adjacent pictures show you how to use the stroboscope correctly in order to generate correct values or an optimal still image, or which cause is behind e.g. a double (instead of 110/ min it is 220/ min) rotational speed. Of course, the correct procedure applies in general, even if only the example of a drive and a drive shaft are dealt with here.” When inspecting only one belt drive, an optical standstill is easy to achieve (some prominent point can always be found here, to which you can set the stroboscope). When inspecting several V-belts with the stroboscope, you should, if possible, e.g. during repair or maintenance standstill of the machine, mark a reference line with chalk perpendicular to the running direction across all belts. Example of measurement on a shaft: With a well or optimally centered shaft with impeller, you always measure the actual speed at optical standstill. However, if the impeller has an axial runout or an unbalance, you will measure e.g. twice the speed with the stroboscope. This fact very often leads to misjudgements during operation on site.
The device also has a trigger input, which enables external triggering or synchronization. The supply voltage is ensured by mains cable. Half or double speed can be selected via keyboard. Applications This stroboscope is the ideal tool for service technicians and maintenance personnel of industrial plants and machines.
