The torsion tester is used to determine the loose torque as well as the tightening torque of screws. At the same time, the torsion tester can also be used as a monitoring instrument. The torsion tester offers a gear rim drill chuck with two stable holding handles for tool mounting.
The torsion tester allows tools with a maximum diameter of 13 mm to be accommodated, thus offering a wide range of applications. The torsion tester has two adjustable limit values which can monitor the turning of screws and can warn the user acoustically when the limit values are reached. Thus, the torsion tester can also be used without display visual contact. On the display, the torsion tester can show the loosening force or tightening force as well as the current force curve at a glance.
The sampling rate of the torsion tester can be set individually up to 1000 Hz. The measurement data can be transferred during and after the measurement to the torsion tester PC software included in the scope of delivery or remain stored in the device on the micro SD card. The torsion tester is operated with AA Mignon interchangeable batteries and thus allows a flexible place of use.
