Bank transfer (prepayment)
The (SEPA) bank transfer is a classic payment method. On completion of the ordering process you will be provided with the ToolTeam®* account details as well as your order number. At the same time you will receive an e-mail. Via your bank's online banking or by means of a conventional transfer form, you place the payment order manually, stating the respective order number. In order for us to quickly assign your payment, please enter your order number in the "Reference" field. Your bank will transfer the specified amount to the named account and ToolTeam® will ship the goods after receipt of payment in compliance with the required processing time. Instant bank transfer (Klarna)
The instant bank transfer is a secure, widespread payment method and can be used in more than 30,000 online stores. It combines the features of a classic bank transfer with those of immediate payment. There are no fees for our customers. The service is free of charge. For the payment you will only need your online banking access data and the bank sorting code (BLZ) of your bank. As usual, you verify the payment in addition to the login by entering a TAN number. In a few steps you will finish your payment order and ToolTeam will ship the goods in accordance with the time required for processing. The entire payment process is encrypted and its security has been certified several times by the TÜV (German Technical Inspection Agency). For you as a customer, the use of PayPal is not associated with any fees. Payment with PayPal is free of charge! If PayPal is selected as the preferred payment method, you will subsequently be guided through the ordering process step by step.
